Shipping Rates and Times

Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)

• Standard Shipping: Free on orders over £50. Orders below £50 have a flat shipping rate of £3.99.
• Estimated Delivery Time: 5-10 business days.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide to many countries, including the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia. Please note that shipping times and rates vary depending on the destination.

• Standard International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Estimated Delivery Time: 7-15 business days, depending on the destination.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
• Please allow for processing time in addition to the shipping times mentioned above.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. You can track your order on our website or through the carrier’s website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• For international orders, please note that customs, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
• Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. YingFlame is not responsible for these charges.
• Customs policies vary widely, so please contact your local customs office for more information.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

At this time, each order can only be shipped to a single address. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

Changes to Your Order

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@yingflame.com. Once an order is processed, we may not be able to make changes, but we will do our best to assist.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that our products are designed with Asian sizing, which typically runs 1-2 sizes smaller than standard US/EU sizes. To ensure the perfect fit, we recommend referring to our detailed size chart before making a purchase.

Additionally, some items may arrive with Asian tags and prices displayed. This is because we work closely with our trusted suppliers to provide high-quality products and ensure fast, reliable delivery to meet your expectations for customer satisfaction.
